Join me on Saturday, June 13th for a Free 90min online workshop for mothers recovering from a traumatic birth who are ready to begin processing their experience for more grounding, safety & connection.

In this space, together we’ll create your unique Return Ritual. This is not another wellness plan, a thing to add to your to-do list or a strict routine. The Return Ritual is that inner longing to show up for yourself in an intentional way that flows with your life now.

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about listening and connecting to the things you feel matter to you, in a way that feels possible in this season of motherhood. Imagine moments of calm and care throughout your week without guilt or needing hours of free time. 

After the workshop, you’ll be invited inside The Return Space. In community is where the magic really happens. Two weeks of supported integration, with gentle support and my guidance.

I get it…

  • Even if everything was labeled “healthy” or “successful” something in you hasn’t settled since. You continue to replay parts of your birth. Or avoid thinking about it altogether.

  • You wake up already tired, and by mid-morning your nervous system is at capacity by noon. A sink full of dishes turns into a bigger reaction than you expected with your partner. Your baby cries and you feel the wave of overwhelm rise faster than you can catch it.

  • At 1:42am, you’re scrolling while feeding your baby, seeing other mothers who seem to have it all figured out with the routines, the sleep schedules, the homemade muffins, the calm smiling babies…and you find yourself wondering why this feels so much harder for you.

What if…

  • You and your partner feel like a team again. The tension that once felt constant has dissolved, and you find yourselves laughing together the way you used to. You reach for his hand behind the stroller without even thinking about it.
