When Melissa’s baby arrived prematurely and spent time in the NICU, the experience shook her to her core. In the quiet moments beside an incubator, she came face-to-face with the fear, vulnerability, and emotional weight that so many mothers carry but rarely talk about.

That experience—and the many complex, beautiful, and overwhelming moments that followed—became a turning point. It deepened her understanding of how much support mothers truly need, not just physically, also emotionally, spiritually and mentally.

Today, that lived experience is at the heart of the work she does.

Motherhood has a way of changing you—sometimes it cracks you open in ways you never expected.

Melissa is a coach and intuitive guide who supports women through the deeply transformative seasons of motherhood—from trying to conceive, to pregnancy, postpartum, and the many in-between moments that often go unseen and unspoken.

Before stepping into this work, Melissa spent years pursuing personal growth and healing for herself. She holds a BA in Business Management and has trained extensively in yoga, breathwork, meditation, Spiritual Psychology, and Emotional Resolution. More than any certification, it was her own life experiences that shaped her path.

Melissa has always been a seeker—someone drawn to understanding why we feel the way we feel, why certain patterns keep us stuck, and what it truly means to live in alignment with ourselves.

Motherhood deepened that exploration in ways she never expected.

After the premature birth of her baby and the time spent navigating the uncertainty of the NICU, Melissa began to see just how much emotional strength mothers are expected to carry—often silently. The experience brought up fear, grief, love, resilience, and a thousand emotions all at once. It also revealed how little space mothers are given to process it all.

That realization became a quiet but powerful calling.

Today, Melissa’s work is about helping women reconnect with themselves in the midst of motherhood. Through coaching, Emotional Resolution work, and intuitive guidance, she supports mothers in gently releasing emotional blocks, regulating their nervous systems, and rediscovering their inner clarity and self-trust.

Her approach is compassionate, grounded, and deeply human. There is no rush to “fix” or “figure it all out.” Instead, the work is about creating space—to feel, to heal, and to grow into the next version of yourself.
