Reclaim Your Birth Story- The Full Journey, is a 6-month coaching experience where you gently process what you’ve been carrying and find your way back to yourself.
You were never meant to do it alone.
When you feel emotionally steady and supported, and connected to yourself, everything else becomes easier to navigate.
Rather than giving you more routines or expectations to manage, this program helps you rebuild your foundation from the inside out.
This is an opportunity for great healing, to understand yourself more deeply and learn what you need to thrive.

My Approach:
At the heart of my coaching is helping you reconnect with your whole self — mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I support the multidimensional mother you are, not just one piece of your experience.
After a difficult or overwhelming birth, your body can still feel on edge. Your emotions can feel closer to the surface. Parts of you may feel disconnected, shut down, or hard to reach. We gently work with all of it.
In our sessions, I blend intuitive guidance with my background in Emotional Resolution and Spiritual Psychology to meet you exactly where you are. We use Emotional Resolution to resolve traumatic memories stored in the body; sometimes within a single session, we are able to completely shift your experience over the course of this program. Traumatic imprints can be rewritten and no longer trigger you or impact you in your daily life.
This work isn’t about fixing you - you’re not broken. It’s about helping you feel safe, connected, and resourced within yourself so you can move through motherhood with more clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.
Our work together moves through three phases:
We start with you,
Gently reconnecting with your emotions, your body, your voice - and the parts of you that may have felt lost, disconnected, or pushed aside after your birth experience.
At a pace that feels safe, we begin to process what you went through – the moments that felt intense, out of your control, or hard to make sense of. And how the recoil shows up in your daily life.
Not by forcing it. By creating space for your body to soften, and for your experience to be held in a different way.
From there, connection with your child and partner begins to shift too – not because you're trying harder, because you feel more like yourself again.
Connect
This is where things begin to feel different in everyday life.
You’re not as quick to go into overwhelm, urgency, or shutdown.
When your toddler spills chocolate milk all over the kitchen, you feel the reaction rise…although it doesn’t take over you.
When your partner says something that would normally trigger you, you’re able to stay in your body, be present and respond instead of overreacting.
You let go of the pressure to do everything “right.” The dishes aren’t going anywhere. The laundry can wait.
Instead of running on empty, you begin to recognize your needs – and actually respond to them without guilt.
You build supportive rhythms and realistic self-care practices that fit your life — not someone else’s routine.

Emotions feel manageable, instead of difficult to move though.
